This working group is dedicated to the (bio)catalytic production of aromatic derivatives from biomass. Three main accesses to aromatics are proposed (1) lignins, (2) extractibles and (3) furanic derivatives.

THE GROUP AROMATICS IS DIVIDED INTO THREE TOPICS:

• Selective depolymerization of lignins
• Extractibles (terpenes, polyphenols, etc.)
• Furanic platform
